Returns & Exchanges

At THATI, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How to Return:
1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at shopping.thati@gmail.com or through Instagram DM’s @thati_shop to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact us via email at shopping.thati@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @thati_shop with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Specify the item you want in exchange and let us know your preferred size or color.
2. Availability Check: We will check the availability of your requested exchange item. If it is in stock, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you.
3. Out-of-Stock Items: If the requested item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shopping.thati@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @thati_shop with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
